I have always used it in my dishes, making a thousand combinations. In fact, it can be combined with a variety of ingredients: from the most classic, such as bread and butter, sour cream, eggs and potatoes to the most unusual, such as almonds, hazelnuts, beet, fish dishes and tartare.

After years of experience, I came to a personal conclusion: it is a product which, in order to be appreciated and let the tasting experience be fully enjoyed, it must be tasted in considerable quantities, in percentages almost equal to the other elements of the dish”
