Beef Tartare and Caviar

In addition to the classic ways of tasting caviar, there are also fascinating combinations, which may seem almost impossible, such as the combination with meat.
The subtle taste of caviar will, in fact, create a perfect match with the slightly more evident and strong taste of a beef tartare.

The choice must, of course, fall on a raw ingredients of the highest quality, such as Piedmontese Fassona steak, chopped well with a knife and seasoned as desired, starting from basic ingredients such as olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper. A good amount of caviar will make the dish, in its simpleness, a sublime meeting of flavors.
